Jammu and Kashmir state Congress president Ghulam Ahmed Mir today launched the party membership drive for year 2021-22. Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Mir said the membership drive had to be launched much earlier but because of the Covid pandemic the process was delayed across the country.
